Hi, I’m Vee – a mindfulness practitioner dedicated to supporting busy professionals and mums. I work alongside individuals who are looking to bring more balance, mindfulness, and happiness into their lives. My Story

In 2020, when the world suddenly paused, I found myself completely out of tune—body, mind, and soul. When life is constantly moving, it can be hard to notice just how disconnected you feel. But with the world on pause and the volume of life’s noise turned down, that sense of being out of sync became impossible to ignore. I felt overwhelmed, unbalanced, and uncertain, unsure of how to reconnect with what truly mattered.

Determined to make a change, I started Your Happy Journey's blog as a way to explore and share the small, meaningful shifts I was discovering. I focused on creating simple habits, taking time for self-reflection, and learning to truly tune into my emotions. These practices helped me realign with myself, and over time, I began sharing them with others who might be feeling the same way.

 

Now, I work to guide others through their own journeys, sharing practical, mindful approaches that make room for simplicity, wellbeing, and genuine happiness. Life is still busy, and the demands haven’t disappeared, but I’ve learned that by embracing mindfulness and meaningful habits, it’s possible to find peace—even in the busiest moments. Through Your Happy Journey, I hope to help others find that same sense of balance, so they can reconnect with themselves and build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
